No matter in which of the three ways the donation is made towards an organization or institution, donors want to know what actually happens with their donation. This is because one of the biggest challenges when it comes to donations is „INTRANSPARENCY.“
Donors repeatedly ask themselves the following questions

How much of my donation actually reaches the person or persons in need and how much is needed for administration, etc.?
Is the effort for administration really justified or is there abuse or personal enrichment?
